Kind of like Indian pickled limes, but without the spices. Kind of like salt-preserved lemons, but with limes! Unlike our salt preserved lemons, these limes are all chopped up – just scoop out a portion and add to your food! Fantastic with chickpeas and harissa or to spruce up any pasta dish with a tangy zesty vein.
